Christine + Matthew : Finally Iacovelli

On March 24th 2018, the hashtag Finally Iacovelli was born.  Christine and Mathew tied the knot after being together for many years.  Their wedding took place at one of the most beautiful churches I have ever been to especially from the outside. With help from the drone I was able to capture the backdrop of the Verrazano Bridge in the distance.  Basilica of Regina Pacis located in Brooklyn, NY, has long arched dramatic ceilings, marble pillars and a long isle where Christine would walk to meet Matthew.  The ceremony was beautiful as the priest had history with the family dating back many years.  It was a very personal and loving mass.

The pre-ceremony shoot took place at Grand Army Plaza’s “Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Arch” in Prospect Park located in Brooklyn, NY.  A dramatic memorial made for amazing scenery and was really different to any of the past weddings I have been a part of.  NY is filled with some of the best backdrops and this is one I personally never filmed before.

The reception took place at the Valley Regency in Clifton, NJ which features a back garden with a coy pond as well as a outdoor fireplace and a gazebo. Then the party really kicked off with Music 2 the Max as the DJ for the night kept the party moving.  Danny Estrella and company kept the crowd entertained not only with music but with a indoor firework show. Amazing speeches were given by best man and maid of honor which was filled with both emotion and laughter.  The evening concluded with a cake cutting and a bride who is finally Iacovelli!

I would like to thank Christine and Matthew for choosing me to be a part of their special day and I wish them a long life of health, love, and happiness.
